Football authorities in Cyprus and Bulgaria have agreed on exchanging referees to officiate domestic championship matches and international friendlies. The Cyprus Football Association said on its Web site Friday that CFA officials signed the agreement in Sofia with their Bulgarian counterparts. The deal will come into effect immediately after it receives UEFA's approval.
