Bulgaria to Reopen Emissions Trading Registry Friday

Bulgaria will reopen its national emissions trading registry on March 4, the European Commission announced after determining that security procedures have been improved. Registries for carbon dioxide allowances in Ireland and Norway will also begin functioning again on Friday.
