Bulgaria Radio Owner Emmis Acquired by CEO Smulyan
[May 26, 2010] [via YahooNews]US broadcaster Emmis Communications Corporation, owner of three radio brands in Bulgaria, has agreed to be acquired by closely held JS Acquisition LLC, a company formed by Emmis chairman and CEO, Jeffrey H. Smulyan.
