Bulgaria MPs Debate Eased Ban on Smoking
[Apr 16, 2010] [via YahooNews]Bulgaria's parliament will start on Friday to debate at first reading a ruling-party proposal water down a new smoking ban in the country. The draft legislation has surprisningly managed to fuse the ruling centre-right Gerb with the main opposition Socialist Party.
