UPDATE: EU Czech Presidency Apologizes To Bulgaria Over Art (Nasdaq)
[Jan 16, 2009] [via YahooNews]BRUSSELS (AFP)--The Czech European Union presidency apologized Thursday to Bulgaria for any offense caused by an official artwork portraying the country as a squat toilet, saying the image would be removed if Sofia insists.
