Bulgaria's football federation is postponing the restart of the domestic league to next month because of the exceptionally cold weather in the Balkan country. The Bulgarian Football Union said Tuesday that the round of games initially scheduled to start on Feb. 24 has been pushed back to begin on March 20 because of heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures.
